Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

A privately owned Western Australian business supplying products to the construction industry is looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator based in Canning Vale. This is a full-time, hands-on warehouse role working 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional early starts and finishes. It suits an organised storeperson who wants to get involved across all areas of the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receivals: check, unload and enter incoming goods into the system
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch, courier or collection
• Operate forklifts and load delivery trucks and customer vehicles
• Maintain stock control and inventory accuracy, including regular stock counts
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and well organised
• Support the trade counter when needed, including preparing invoices and helping customers identify products

Required profile

• Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience
• Current forklift licence (LF) with operating experience
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
• Current driver's licence
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn

Required skills

• Good computer literacy and ability to learn systems such as NetSuite and Outlook
• Forklift operation
