Warehouse Coordinator – Australia

About the role

As a Warehouse Coordinator you will own the day‑to‑day flow of orders through our Australian operation, from processing incoming orders to booking freight and printing the paperwork that keeps deliveries moving.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately from start to finish, ensuring all details are correct before dispatch.
• Book freight with carriers and coordinate delivery schedules so orders reach customers on time.
• Print, check, and manage order documentation and labels to keep the paper trail clean and error‑free.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts so the system matches the physical inventory.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to warehouse workflow as order volume grows.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a fast‑paced warehouse, logistics, or order‑processing environment.
• Structured, detail‑oriented approach that catches labeling or stock errors before they reach the customer.
• Confidence using ERP/WMS tools, handheld scanners, and tablets to keep inventory data accurate.
• A "no task is too small" attitude, happy to do hands‑on work while building better systems.
• Clear ambition to grow from coordinator into Warehouse Manager as the operation scales.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/WMS tools.
• Experience using handheld scanners.
• Familiarity with tablet devices for inventory management.
