Warehouse Assistant

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant will coordinate stock movements between the State warehouse, National Warehouse, local clinics, agents and customers, ensuring accurate records and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the Direct Manager and National Warehouse team to monitor stock levels, shortages and movement requirements.
• Organise and manage end‑to‑end stock movements, update the ERP system, and create delivery runs.
• Perform QA of oxygen and CPAP equipment, maintain asset control, and complete regular stock‑take activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics or warehouse environments.
• Strong safety focus and ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Willingness to obtain a forklift licence (support provided).

Required skills

• Computer literacy with spreadsheets, document software and Gmail.
• Proficiency in using an ERP system for data entry and inventory management.
• Ability to perform quality assurance on medical equipment.
