About the role
KitchenGroup is seeking a full‑time Wardrobe Designer to work on‑site in Brisbane, Queensland. You will meet clients in their homes, understand their storage needs and style preferences, and translate those insights into functional, attractive wardrobe solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and accurate on‑site measurements.
- Develop design concepts, drawings, and layout plans.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure precise execution.
- Review fittings, make adjustments, and guarantee high‑quality results.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams, providing professional design advice.
Required profile
- Strong foundation in fashion or fashion design with an eye for style and proportion.
- Experience in interior, wardrobe, or cabinetry design, including space planning.
- Ability to read and create manual or software‑based drawings.
- Excellent client‑facing communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to work on‑site and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
