About the role

Lala Hospitality Group runs five Canberra venues (Molly, VICE, Highball, 88mph and Amici Wine Bar & Deli) and is looking for warm, attentive waitstaff who take pride in looking after guests from the moment they sit down until they leave. The group is growing and offers permanent and casual positions across all five venues.

Required profile

• Experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment
• Warm, professional, attentive and well-presented
• Confident making recommendations and reading what a table needs
• A team player who can stay calm under pressure
• Current RSA certification
• Valid and current right to work in Australia (evidence required before starting)
