VIP Travel Consultant – Corporate Travel Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a VIP Travel Consultant to join our team in Perth/Adelaide, delivering premium corporate travel services to high‑profile clients. In this role you will manage complex itineraries, ensure compliance with client SLAs, and contribute to a high‑performing travel management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end corporate travel arrangements, including air, car, hotel and ground transport.
• Create complex international itineraries using the Sabre GDS.
• Provide exceptional service in line with client service level agreements and account guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external VIP clients.
• Ensure all bookings comply with company procedures and customer standards.
• Support team members and promote a collaborative, high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consulting or travel management.
• Demonstrated expertise in fares and complex itineraries.
• High‑touch customer service mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, listening and presentation abilities.
• Positive attitude and strong business acumen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sabre GDS (self‑ticketing experience is a plus).

What we offer

• On‑target earnings (OTE) exceeding $90,000 AUD per year, including a $60,000 base salary and uncapped monthly incentives.
