Village Manager – FIFO (14 days on/7 days off) in Brisbane

About the role

Join a friendly, close‑knit, customer‑centric team as a Village Manager on a Fly‑In‑Fly‑Out roster (14 days on, 7 days off) based in Brisbane. You will report directly to the regional Operations Manager and be responsible for the overall running of village operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day village operations, ensuring safety, service quality and compliance with HSE and HR legislation.
• Build, support and lead multidisciplinary teams across food & beverage, housekeeping, accommodation and front‑of‑house administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years managerial experience in hospitality, facility management or a related field.
• Proven people‑management, conflict‑resolution and negotiation abilities.
• Australian citizenship or full working rights, a current Queensland manual driver’s licence and ability to complete pre‑employment medical, drug/alcohol testing and police check.
