About the role
Padua College is seeking an experienced, faith‑filled senior leader to join its College Improvement Team as Vice Principal – Mission, Formation & Social Justice. Reporting to the Principal, the role provides strategic oversight of the college’s Catholic identity, mission, and faith life.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of mission‑centred initiatives across curriculum, liturgy, service, and community engagement.
- Promote the Mercy and Franciscan charisms and ensure alignment with Catholic Social Teaching.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to embed a culture of dignity, inclusion, and hope throughout the school.
- Oversee faith formation programs, prayer practices, and social‑justice projects.
- Support staff and students in living out the college’s Catholic values.
Required profile
- Deep commitment to Catholic education and the vision of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools.
- Proven experience in strategic leadership of mission‑focused initiatives.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills.
- Understanding of Mercy and Franciscan traditions.
