Vice President, Liquidity Solutions – Transaction Banking

About the role

MUFG is seeking a Vice President to lead Liquidity Solutions within its Transaction Banking division in Melbourne (or Sydney). You will shape liquidity management for financial institutions and sponsored finance segments, leveraging MUFG’s global network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to acquire new cash‑management clients and deepen existing relationships.
• Collaborate with product managers, relationship managers, global markets and e‑banking teams to design and deliver bespoke liquidity solutions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of clients across Oceania, including subsidiaries of international corporates.
• Lead deposit review analysis, provide pricing guidance and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in transaction banking or cash‑management roles.
• Strong understanding of liquidity structures for financial institutions and sponsored finance segments.
• Advanced organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and accurate reporting.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in finance or banking.
