Vice President, FX Front Office Trading Services

About the role

The Vice President will lead the APAC FX Front Office Trading Services team, providing support for FX products and services while helping to build the Financing Solutions support model across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional FX FOTS teams across APAC, delivering a scalable, client‑focused operating model.
• Partner with global FOTS leadership to design and implement the APAC Financing Solutions support model for Agency Lending, Prime Brokerage, and Secured Financing.
• Oversee post‑trade lifecycle activities, exception management, workflow execution, and operational risk oversight for FX products.
• Drive resolution of trade, booking, account, and balance exceptions in collaboration with Operations, Technology, Risk, and Client Service teams.
• Enhance support processes, controls, escalation frameworks, and service standards to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Lead operational readiness for new products, systems, and workflow enhancements, including testing and implementation support.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing regional team through talent development, succession planning, and a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, capital markets, foreign exchange, secured financing, trading support, middle office, or front‑office operations, with leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams and manage senior stakeholders across Sales & Trading, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Client Management.
• Deep understanding of FX products, market infrastructure, and regulatory environments, with a strong focus on operational excellence and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
