Vice President, FX Front Office Trading Services

About the role

The Vice President will lead the APAC FX Front Office Trading Services (FOTS) team, providing scalable, client‑focused support for FX products and helping build the Financing Solutions support model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional FX FOTS teams across APAC, delivering post‑trade lifecycle support, exception management and operational risk oversight.
• Partner with FX Sales & Trading, eFX, Operations, Technology, Risk and Client Service teams to resolve trade, booking, account and workflow exceptions.
• Develop and enhance support processes, controls, escalation frameworks and service standards to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Drive operational readiness for new products, systems and workflow enhancements, including testing, implementation support and adoption.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing regional team through talent development, succession planning and a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, capital markets, foreign exchange, secured financing, trading support or middle‑office operations, with leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams across APAC and manage senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of FX products, market infrastructure and regulatory environment, with strong risk management orientation.
• Experience in building scalable support models for financing solutions such as Agency Lending, Secured Financing and Prime Services is a plus.
