Veterinary Associate – Full‑time GP Role

About the role

Greencross Williamstown is looking for an experienced Veterinary Associate ready to grow into a senior clinical or leadership position. You will practice high‑quality, evidence‑based medicine with autonomy while contributing to a supportive team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive small‑animal general practice care using evidence‑based protocols.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to clinic-wide clinical standards.
• Collaborate daily with another veterinarian and a skilled nursing team on case discussions and decision‑making.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to continuously improve practice.

Required profile

• BVSc or DVM (or equivalent) eligible for registration with the AVBC.
• Minimum 5 years experience in small‑animal general practice.
• Strong clinical judgement, excellent communication and a collaborative mindset.
• Interest in mentoring and contributing to broader clinic leadership.
