Vans Sales Executive – Melbourne

About the role

LSH Auto Australia is looking for an experienced Vans Sales Executive to join the Mercedes‑Benz Melbourne dealership in South Melbourne. You will represent the premium Mercedes‑Benz Vans brand, build lasting customer relationships and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Mercedes‑Benz Vans solutions.
• Manage the complete sales process from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across the Mercedes‑Benz Vans range.
• Support the dealership in delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities and expand your customer network.

Required profile

• Previous automotive sales experience or proven success in a sales‑focused role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
• Results‑driven, motivated and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Enthusiastic, confident and highly motivated.
• Valid Australian driver licence.
• Interest in automotive technology and innovation.
