US Sales Manager

About the role

Philips is a leading medical device company dedicated to improving people’s lives through innovative healthcare solutions. The US Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and market share for Philips’ imaging, information and monitoring systems across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee commercial partnerships with Australian customers, negotiate contracts and ensure revenue growth.
• Implement the sales strategy and Annual Operating Plan, delivering forecasts and achieving sales targets.
• Lead the sales team and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to execute market initiatives.
• Manage a small product portfolio, improve margins with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Define and enforce commercial processes, budgeting, forecasting, KPI selection and compliance with Philips standards.
• Drive talent management, including recruitment, performance reviews, compensation and career development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years (or 3 years with a Master’s) of experience in sales, marketing, business development or healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams while managing performance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and translating strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
