UKG Lead Consultant – Workforce Management

About the role

This is a senior UKG Pro Workforce Management role within Deloitte's Human Capital practice, based in Australia. It sits in the largest UKG practice in Australia and involves leading complex workforce technology programs for clients in sectors such as health, retail, supply chain, hospitality and the public sector. The work centres on designing and delivering UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and shape solution architecture for complex client environments
• Translate workforce requirements into practical system design covering timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting, analytics, reporting and integrations
• Guide implementation and help clients improve workforce visibility, usability and decision-making
• Work closely with stakeholders, UKG specialists and colleagues across payroll, HCM, workforce integrity, organisational design and change
• Mentor others and contribute to the growth of Deloitte's UKG capability

Required profile

• Proven experience as a lead consultant, architect or senior practitioner with UKG Pro Workforce Management
• Experience delivering multiple implementation projects in complex client environments
• Deep expertise in one or more areas such as time and attendance, optimised rostering, forecasting or activities
• Confidence facilitating client workshops and building trusted stakeholder relationships
• Ability to lead workstreams and a collaborative, mentoring approach

Required skills

• Strong solution design capability, balancing functionality, integration complexity and user experience
• Relevant UKG certifications or broader workforce technology experience are valued
