UCC General Practitioner - Urgent Care, Geelong

About the role

Geelong Urgent Care Clinic is a modern, fully equipped centre providing high-quality, non-life-threatening acute care to the local community, with extended hours and consistent patient demand. It is seeking a General Practitioner to join a casual pool covering leave, sick days and ad hoc demand, in a fast-paced but well-supported environment with strong nursing support and an efficient triage model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated urgent care GP services; no standard GP consulting is required.
• Cover leave and peak periods through ad hoc shifts in the casual pool.
• Focus on clinical care, supported by experienced nurses and an efficient triage process.

Required profile

• FRACGP, FACRRM or equivalent.
• Confident working independently with strong clinical autonomy.
• Experience in urgent care or acute settings is desirable.
