Truck Mechanic (SID Visa and Relocation)

About the role

A leading Australian multi-brand truck dealership is recruiting qualified Truck Mechanics and Auto Electricians for its growing workshop in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. Only two positions are available. Eligible international candidates can receive 482 Skills in Demand (SID) visa sponsorship, and relocation assistance is offered.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Service and repair heavy commercial vehicles
• Carry out preventative maintenance
• Complete inspections and testing
• Work on Volvo, Scania, MACK, Freightliner and UD trucks
• Deliver high-quality workmanship in a safety-focused workshop

Required profile

• Recognised Heavy Vehicle Mechanical or Auto Electrical qualification
• At least two years of post-qualification experience
• Experience working on heavy commercial vehicles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
