Truck Driver (Steel Deliveries)

About the role

InfraBuild's ARC Metalcentre is hiring a truck driver for its Dubbo branch, reporting to the Branch Manager. The role delivers steel products to customers and is part of a team that values safety, reliability and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver steel products safely to customers using a truck and, where applicable, a truck-mounted crane
• Load and unload materials, including operating a vehicle loading (fixed) crane
• Provide professional, customer-focused service at delivery sites
• Complete deliveries accurately, efficiently and in line with company procedures
• Comply with Australian heavy vehicle, WHS and transport regulations, policies and procedures
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed

Required profile

• Valid Heavy Combination (HC) licence is essential
• Forklift licence desirable
• Strong customer service skills and a safety-first mindset
• No prior steel or product knowledge required

What we offer

• Base rate of $35.25 per hour plus a truck driver allowance of $6.21 per hour
• 8-hour shifts between 5:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available
