About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Transport Coordinator to join our Sydney team. In this hands‑on position you will keep freight moving smoothly, solve logistics challenges and ensure timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate container collections and deliveries.
- Manage daily transport bookings and movements.
- Liaise with transport providers, customers and internal teams.
- Monitor deliveries and proactively address delays or issues.
- Keep customers and stakeholders updated.
- Maintain accurate information in operational systems.
- Help improve transport processes and service levels.
Required profile
- Experience in freight forwarding, container transport or logistics.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused approach and ownership mindset.
