Compliance Administrator – Transport Compliance

About the role

Join Centurion as a Compliance Administrator supporting transport compliance across the Queensland network. You will coordinate customer requirements, maintain accurate records and ensure site access and compliance obligations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer inductions, site access applications and compliance documentation.
• Monitor compliance portals, licences, medicals, competencies, training records and upcoming expiries.
• Liaise with customers, site representatives and operational teams to resolve compliance gaps.
• Prepare regular compliance reports and track outstanding actions with Branch Managers.
• Support customer audits, contract mobilisations, special projects and transport compliance reporting.
• Assist with transport non‑conformance matters, penalty infringements and driver authorisation letters.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in compliance administration, transport or logistics.
• Ability to work independently, identify compliance gaps and escalate issues.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of heavy vehicle transport compliance (NHVR, HVNL, NHVAS, Chain of Responsibility).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Confidence using online compliance portals and document management systems.
