Transport Coordinator – Global Freight

About the role

DP World is looking for a Transport Coordinator to join its Global Freight team in Yennora, NSW. You will manage end‑to‑end transport operations for key domestic and international clients, ensuring smooth freight movements, accurate documentation and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international freight bookings, shipment processing and transport documentation.
• Maintain customer communication, prepare invoices, generate reports and provide operational updates.
• Liaise with transport providers, clients and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Keep internal systems and digital platforms up‑to‑date with accurate shipment information.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Support KPI performance, cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in transport operations and freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of the Australian supply chain and container logistics environment.
• Experience coordinating import and export freight movements and handling customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• CargoWise (WiseTech) or similar transport management system.
• Proficiency with transport‑related digital platforms.
