Transaction Banking Specialist

About the role

The Transaction Banking Specialist partners with Business & Private Bank teams to deliver smart, customer‑led transaction banking solutions for new‑to‑bank SME and diversified industry clients. You will act as a trusted subject‑matter expert, designing tailored payments, cash‑management and professional‑service offerings while supporting customers’ digital migration and cyber‑security awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with relationship teams to design and implement customized transaction banking solutions across payments, cash management and professional services.
• Lead high‑quality client engagements, preparing pitch materials, supporting migrations to digital channels and educating customers on cyber‑security and self‑service tools.
• Work closely with bankers, product partners and central support teams to accelerate sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Provide market and industry insights, especially around digital trends, and up‑skill relationship teams on transaction banking products and processes.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of transaction banking solutions within SME and diversified industry environments.
• Demonstrated presentation, influencing and analytical skills.
