Training Specialist

About the role

As a member of the Education Services Team, you will design, develop, and deliver internal learning programs that build employee capability and support organisational performance, with a focus on MRI product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses and design engaging learning programs using instructor‑led, virtual, eLearning and blended modalities.
• Develop and facilitate internal training on capability, professional skills, leadership development and organisational effectiveness.
• Create and maintain role‑specific learning pathways for MRI products, ensuring content stays current with product enhancements.
• Evaluate learning initiatives through feedback, assessments and business outcomes, and continuously improve programs.
• Manage learning projects from analysis through evaluation and maintain records in the LMS.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design and program development within a corporate environment.
• Strong facilitation skills, able to engage audiences from individual contributors to leaders.
• Experience partnering with subject‑matter experts to translate technical concepts into effective learning solutions.

Required skills

• Instructional design methodologies.
• Facilitation techniques for both behavioural and technical programs.
• Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
