Training Specialist – Broker & Corporate Team Enablement

About the role

The Training Specialist will elevate the capability of LMG’s brokers and corporate team by driving effective use of the MyCRM platform and related tools. You will design and deliver induction and ongoing training, both face‑to‑face and virtual, to ensure teams operate productively, efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate a comprehensive induction experience for new Agreement Holders, Loan Writers, Ops Managers and CSMs.
• Provide practical support to brokers as they adopt MyCRM, migrate data and lodge their first deal.
• Deliver state‑level face‑to‑face and virtual training aligned with the Go‑to‑Market roadmap.
• Conduct additional training sessions as prioritised at state or national level.
• Update and maintain training modules and materials supplied by the Broker Education Design Team.

Required profile

• Strong aptitude for learning and mastering CRM functionality, specifically MyCRM.
• Experience delivering training to sales or broker audiences, both in‑person and online.
• Ability to translate technical features into practical workflows for end users.
• Collaborative mindset to work with state teams and national training resources.
