About the role

We are expanding our team in Hobart and are looking for an engaging Training Facilitator. The role supports our mission by delivering training and facilitation services to individuals and groups.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver training sessions aligned with organisational goals.
• Facilitate group discussions and activities to promote learning.
• Provide support and guidance to participants during training programmes.

Required profile

• Social work, counselling or a comparable qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health and trauma‑related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an engaging presence.
