Trainer Assessor – Accredited Vocational Training

About the role

As a Trainer Assessor with Link Resources RTO, you will deliver nationally accredited training and assessment to learners across resources, construction and civil infrastructure sectors. You will facilitate both classroom and practical sessions, ensuring all activities meet regulatory and RTO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate accredited training courses and practical workshops.
• Assess learner competency against accredited units and maintain accurate student records.
• Provide constructive feedback to support learner progression and achievement of outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and industry stakeholders to keep training content aligned with current workplace practices and safety standards.

Required profile

• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, Civil Infrastructure, Manufacturing or Utilities, with strong WHS/HSE knowledge.
• Ability to design, contextualise and update training materials and assessment tools.
• Proven record of accurate administrative and compliance handling, including familiarity with AQTF/ASQA requirements.

Required skills

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Learning Management System (LMS) proficiency.
• Microsoft Office suite.
