Trade Team Leader - Repco Max Logan City

About the role

Repco, a division of GPC Asia Pacific, is hiring a full-time Trade Team Leader at its Repco Max store in Logan City. You will use your automotive and mechanical knowledge to give front-line technical support, product advice and assistance to customers on technical and sales enquiries, while leading a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support, product advice and assistance to customers on technical and sales enquiries
• Lead a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching and development
• Coordinate driver delivery schedules
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Required profile

• Safety mindset, always striving to provide the safest work environment
• Team player who works collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
• Availability to work alternating weekends
• Valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time
• Ability to lift, bend, climb and drive safely
