Trade Counter Assistant - Geebung

About the role

Reece is hiring a Trade Counter Assistant for its Geebung branch. As part of the Trade Counter team, you will split your time between delivering products, serving plumbers and other tradespeople, and keeping the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
• Pick and pack orders and carry out stock control
• Keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
• Assist customers in the branch with product information and a good customer service experience

Required profile

• Previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service, and enjoyment of helping customers in person and by phone
• Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and give accurate information
• Clean, valid driver's licence and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
• Interest in developing a career locally, within the network or at head office

• Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
• Delivery driving
