Toyota Pre-Delivery Auto Electrician - Kalgoorlie (SID Visa Sponsorship)

About the role

A recruitment agency is recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive employer in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, for a full-time permanent Toyota pre-delivery auto electrician. The position is open to experienced Toyota specialists, whether already in Australia or applying from overseas, and offers visa sponsorship under the Skills in Demand (SID) / Subclass 482 pathway for eligible international applicants, along with relocation assistance and accommodation on arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test and maintain electrical components, accessories and vehicle systems.
• Use modern diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve electrical issues before delivery to the customer.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and Australian safety standards.
• Stay up to date with Toyota technology and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Recognised automotive electrical trade qualification.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience as an auto electrician.
• Strong experience working on Toyota vehicles.
• Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• For applicants from outside Australia: IELTS or PTE (if required), or evidence of at least five years of secondary or tertiary education in English, plus a successful TRA or VETASSESS skills assessment, an Australian Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology (or equivalent), or a recognised international trade qualification accepted for migration purposes.
