Tipping Hall Supervisor

About the role

The Tipping Hall Supervisor will oversee material handling and traffic control at the East Rockingham Waste‑to‑Energy Project, ensuring safe, efficient operations on a 24‑hour shift basis.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine tasks and testing of plant equipment and update the shift log with any changes.
• Operate the weighbridge and off‑loading systems in line with contractual requirements.
• Report defects in the CMMS and ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance.
• Assist the Shift Team Leader with materials management and support the Fuel Reception Operators.
• Maintain effective communication across shifts and build strong relationships with site colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of industrial work experience, including heavy machinery operation.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to work with large, diverse O&M teams.

Required skills

• Experience with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System).
• Operation of weighbridge and off‑loading equipment.
