Territory Solutions Specialist – Biosuture

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Biosuture team in Adelaide to support hospital customers with inventory, billing, and product education. You will work alongside a high‑performing sales team to strengthen partnerships and help execute the Wound Closure sales and marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory and supply through MyShelf stock management, order generation and proactive support.
• Provide education, product support and inventory solutions to healthcare professionals.
• Identify customer needs, collaborate with Product Specialists and uncover growth opportunities.
• Assist with product recalls, back‑order resolutions, customer training and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Degree qualified (hospital or operating theatre experience preferred but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive, can‑do attitude.
