Territory Sales Manager – Sunshine Coast, QLD

About the role

We are looking for a focused Sales Professional to own the Purina territory covering Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg, Rockhampton and North Brisbane, driving sales, distribution and growth. This role is ideal for an ambitious, well‑presented individual with a passion for pets and FMCG.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate in‑store training sessions on Purina products and nutritional solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers and internal contacts.
• Deliver customer sales by implementing and executing the Field Sales Cycle Plan.
• Ensure shopper engagement through shelf and merchandising strategies.
• Achieve sales KPIs and seek new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Passionate about Purina products and proactive in identifying opportunities.
• Outgoing, commercially savvy with a “can do” attitude.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Power BI skills.
• Completed degree in Commerce, Business or Marketing (preferred).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence and full Australian working rights.
• Preferred residence in Sunshine Coast.
