Territory Sales Manager

About the role

Rexel is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow existing business and develop new opportunities across the Hindmarsh area and surrounding regions. This autonomous sales role is supported by the organisation to ensure success in a sustainable, energy‑focused market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, branch teams and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
• Promote multi‑access point purchasing (branch, webstore, email, phone) for Rexel.
• Utilise the CRM as the primary source of customer information.
• Drive both sales volume and margin growth.

Required profile

• High‑performing, results‑driven salesperson with a passion for proactive customer service.
• Energetic, resilient achiever who easily develops relationships at all levels.
• Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades, or construction industry is highly regarded.
• Clean, full driver’s licence.
