Territory Manager - Peripheral Vascular

About the role

Join Stryker as a Territory Manager for the Peripheral Vascular portfolio, based in Brisbane, Queensland. You will build a therapy from the ground up and drive vascular care transformation across a high‑impact QLD territory.

Key responsibilities

• Own a Brisbane‑based territory covering Gold Coast, Metro Brisbane and regional Queensland.
• Build deep hospital networks and earn trust with physicians across key public hospitals.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities, especially within public hospital systems.
• Support the majority of cases in person, acting as a trusted partner in the procedure room.
• Conduct product demonstrations, education sessions and training programs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience with consistent quota achievement.
• Strong business development mindset and ability to open new accounts.
• High resilience, tenacity and patience for long‑term therapy build.
• Clinical aptitude to learn and support highly technical products.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and respond quickly to urgent cases.
• Ability to operate autonomously across a geographically spread territory.

Required skills

• Stakeholder management across physicians, nursing, procurement and hospital leadership.
• Experience selling into Queensland public hospital systems.
• Background in vascular, interventional, cardiology or cath‑lab environments.
