Territory Manager – Cardiac Rhythm Management

About the role

An experienced Territory Manager will join Medtronic’s Cardiac Rhythm Management team in Sydney, providing clinical guidance and technical expertise to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Promote, sell and educate customers on Medtronic’s Cardiac Rhythm Management products and services across the assigned hospital network.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with clinical and hospital stakeholders to achieve sales revenue targets.
• Provide high‑level clinical service and technical support, gather market intelligence and support product evaluations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists and Business Development Managers to execute business plans.

Required profile

• Significant experience in clinical cardiac sales, account planning, territory management and forecasting.
• Demonstrated experience with cardiac pacing devices.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and hold a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Clinical knowledge of cardiac rhythm management therapies.
• Ability to deliver technical product education and support.
