Telehealth Doctor – Optimisation & Longevity Medicine

About the role

Primed Clinic is seeking a Telehealth Doctor to deliver remote, patient‑centred care focused on performance, prevention and healthy ageing. Working entirely online, you will assess individuals, design personalised optimisation and longevity protocols and prescribe peptide, hormone and related therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth consultations and take detailed medical histories.
• Order, review and interpret pathology and other investigations as needed.
• Develop and adjust evidence‑based treatment plans that include peptides, hormones and lifestyle interventions.
• Prescribe, initiate, optimise and monitor peptide and hormone therapies for men and women.
• Document clinical notes in compliance with regulatory standards and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients on longevity strategies, lifestyle changes and preventive health.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging evidence in compounded formulations and longevity medicine.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner in Australia.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in optimisation, longevity or preventive medicine.
• Experience or strong interest in peptide medicine.
• Proficiency in delivering care via telehealth platforms.
• Excellent clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning and communication skills.
