Technical Support Officer (Level 2 Helpdesk)

About the role

Colliers is looking for a dedicated, customer-focused Technical Support Officer to join its growing business in Sydney CBD. This is a Level 2 support role reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, providing responsive, professional and personalised support to employees across the NSW business so they get a seamless technology experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and proactively resolve IT issues, mainly for the Sydney offices.
• Provide first and second level hardware and software support.
• Follow all processes and document procedures accordingly.
• Make recommendations on upgrades and replacements when needed.
• Build the IT brand through local, customer-facing technology initiatives.
• Take part in projects as required.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Level 2-3 helpdesk position.
• Familiarity with the listed technologies and systems.
