Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships across contractor, applicator, engineer, and specifier networks.
• Manage assigned territories, grow existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Provide on‑the‑ground technical advice, system recommendations, and application support.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal technical, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.

Required profile

• Proven background in technical/B2B solution sales or hands‑on trade/application experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with motivation to achieve targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑first approach.
• High degree of self‑motivation, proactivity, and ability to operate autonomously in the field.
• Background in construction, building materials, waterproofing, concrete, chemicals, engineering, or industrial manufacturing is highly regarded.
