Technical Lead – OpenText Intelligent Capture & ECM

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of enterprise document capture and content management platforms. The role focuses on OpenText Intelligent Capture (Captiva) and broader Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions, providing technical leadership across project and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement OpenText Intelligent Capture (Captiva) solutions.
• Lead document capture, classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation initiatives.
• Design scalable, secure, high‑performance IDP solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Oversee application support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and platform stability.
• Manage platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization across capture and ECM environments.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and industry best practices.
• Review technical designs and code to maintain quality and consistency.
• Mentor development and support teams, providing guidance throughout project lifecycles.
• Support production environments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale document capture, content management, and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of regulated industries such as banking, financial services, telecommunications, or BPO.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
