Technical Lead – Full Stack Mobile (AI)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Lead to drive the design, development and delivery of a full‑stack mobile application with AI integration. The role involves shaping the product roadmap, defining architecture and mentoring a high‑performing engineering team in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mobile‑first, full‑stack applications using React Native.
• Provide technical guidance across front‑end (TypeScript, Redux Toolkit/RTK Query) and back‑end services.
• Drive best practices for code quality, unit testing (Jest) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI (Figma) and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions (Jira).
• Integrate AI‑driven features and ensure seamless connection with third‑party services such as payment gateways and mapping APIs.
• Support agile delivery, participating in Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.

Required profile

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with strong exposure to enterprise environments.
• 5+ years building and scaling mobile applications with React Native.
• Proven leadership experience, mentoring engineers and engaging stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and ability to lead from the front in a fast‑paced delivery setting.
