Technical Delivery Manager – Melbourne, Australia

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead delivery of the My Optus App portfolio in Melbourne. The role combines product ownership, business analysis and platform operations to ensure end‑to‑end feature delivery for high‑visibility customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Own the backlog and translate complex business needs into prioritized features for the Service Tab, NBN Assist and Fixed flows.
• Drive release governance, environment stability, defect management and production readiness to move features from build to a stable live state.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, QA and operations, to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor operational health of the platform and act on incidents or performance issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with a strong platform operations focus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑visibility digital products and customer journeys.
• Experience in agile delivery and working in a hybrid environment.
