Grill'd, a fast-casual burger chain with 175+ restaurants across Australia, is looking for energetic Team Members for its Rosalie restaurant in Paddington, Queensland. The role suits people who enjoy flipping patties, chatting with guests and preparing food, and offers flexible shifts that fit around university, school or other commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food such as burgers and chips, including seasoning chips
• Serve customers and chat with guests
• Work as part of a team in a busy restaurant environment

Required profile

• A positive attitude and a passion for making people's day
• Team player who works well with others
• Good communicator who enjoys connecting with customers
• Availability for a mix of weekday, weeknight and weekend shifts
• No experience needed; training is provided
• Right to work in Australia and aged 16 or older
