About the role

Spotlight, Australasia's largest chain of craft, fabric and home interior superstores, is hiring a Team Member for its Melrose Park store. This is a casual position within the Spotlight Retail Group, which also includes Anaconda and Harris Scarfe.

Key responsibilities

Provide friendly and helpful customer service
Show your knowledge of craft, sewing and home decorating
Learn quickly and adapt to the wide product range
Work independently and as part of a team
Contribute to sales and help the store meet its goals

Required profile

Previous retail or customer service experience
Able to multitask in a fast environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights
Positive, can-do attitude
