Team Manager - Bundaberg & Gladstone

About the role

KINNECT, an Australian-owned company founded in 1996 that specialises in Occupational Health and Workplace Rehabilitation, is looking for a Team Manager to lead its Bundaberg and Gladstone team. The role is based in either location, with regular travel to the other clinic. The manager guides and inspires the team toward shared goals, holds the team to a high standard of service quality and turnaround, and takes ownership of the outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience in the workplace rehabilitation sector is desirable.
• Tertiary qualification in a discipline relevant to workplace rehabilitation (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or similar).
• Current AHPRA registration, or accreditation with the relevant professional body (ASORC, ESSA).
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching or mentoring a team, or a clear readiness to step into a first formal leadership role.
