About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on hospitality leader to provide visible leadership on each shift, support daily operations and ensure service, safety and compliance standards are maintained at Club Central Hurstville.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Coordinate staffing and resources to ensure efficient operations.
- Resolve member, guest and operational concerns professionally.
- Maintain venue presentation, service standards and compliance requirements.
- Support operational performance, continuous improvement and business initiatives.
- Complete shift handovers, incident reporting and other operational requirements.
Required profile
- Confident and approachable leader thriving in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Enjoy developing people, solving problems and leading by example.
Required skills
- Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.
- Advanced RCG qualification or willingness to obtain.
- Food Safety Supervisor, First Aid, gaming, food and beverage or events experience (highly regarded).
