Team Leader – Customer Support (Licensing)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Team Leader for our Customer Support – Licensing team in Perth. In this player‑coach position you will both guide a high‑performing support group and step in to resolve complex licensing issues when required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of customer support agents delivering licensing assistance.
• Act as the primary escalation point for licensing queries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Licensing departments to align support processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in service quality.
• Participate in hands‑on support activities during peak periods.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support or operations, preferably in a technology environment.
• Demonstrated leadership capability or readiness to step into a leadership role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Licensing models such as CSP and EA (preferred).
