Team Lead – Care For Customer

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Team Lead for its Care For Customer (C4C) function within the Business & Private Bank. You will head a high‑performing team of around 12 full‑time staff, driving customer engagement, business growth and sales excellence across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team responsible for opening business accounts for new‑to‑bank and existing customers.
• Manage a high‑volume flow of customer requests and sales leads, ensuring timely and compliant service delivery.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and increase adoption of ANZ’s business and digital solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and comprehensive reviews of banking needs.
• Maintain performance standards, risk and compliance adherence, and contribute to the Commercial Banking strategy.

Required profile

• Proven people‑leadership experience in a commercial banking or financial‑services environment.
• Track record of achieving commercial objectives and driving team performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
