Talent Resourcer – Part‑time (2 days/week)

About the role

Australian Payments Plus is looking for a Talent Resourcer to join its Talent team on a casual, part‑time basis. This role is ideal for return‑to‑work parents or anyone seeking meaningful work with a balanced schedule, working two days a week or flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and internal databases.
• Conduct initial outreach (phone/email) to assess suitability and generate interest.
• Support market mapping, identify competitors and target talent pools.
• Maintain the ATS with accurate, up‑to‑date candidate records.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years experience in a recruitment or HR support role.
• Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn and job boards.
• Experience with market mapping and understanding where top talent resides.
• Confident using ATS platforms and keeping data clean.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to work smarter and faster.
