About the role

AMA Group is seeking an experienced Talent Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its extensive collision repair network across Australia. You will work closely with operational, trade and frontline leaders to attract, engage and secure high‑quality talent in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of operational, trade and frontline positions.
• Proactively source candidates, build talent pipelines and keep vacancies moving efficiently.
• Provide trusted recruitment advice to hiring managers, enabling informed hiring decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, balancing workshop conversations with strategic discussions.
• Own recruitment metrics, ensure momentum across multiple vacancies and deliver results without compromising quality.
