Talent Advisor

About the role

Hassell is seeking a Talent Advisor to support recruitment, people advice, HR systems and workforce insights across its global design studios. Working with the Head of People & Culture and studio teams, you will deliver responsive people services and contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews and communication, keeping candidates and hiring teams informed.
• Provide people advice on employment conditions, policies and procedures, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records and improve HR system workflows.
• Analyse workforce trends and share insights to support planning and decision‑making.
• Develop and introduce policies, processes and programmes that meet studio needs.
• Research employment legislation and awards to ensure compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with studio leaders, colleagues and external advisers, handling sensitive information with discretion.

Required profile

• Experience in People & Culture, HR operations or talent acquisition.
• Clear communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
• Practical understanding of HR processes and experience with HR information systems.
• Confidence working with data, checking accuracy and explaining findings.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Curiosity about technology, automation and AI in people services.
